Event day: Friday, January 20, 2023 Time: 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM Venue: Community Centre Dover CT15 5LY
Dress code: casual (for men, women, and children)
Sequence of events:
- 1:00 PM – Numberies assemble for setting up at the Dover Community Centre
- 5:00 – 5:30 PM – Assemble
- 5:30 – 6:30 PM – Starter
- 6:30 – 7:30 PM – Socializing/Numbaries appointment discussion
- 7:30 – 8:45 PM – Dinner (kids’ dinner starts at 7:30 PM)
- 8:45 – 11:00 PM – Numbaries appointment announcement/cocktail dance with DJ
- 11:00 PM – Party ends
Responsibilities:
- Setting up/photography – Surya
- Food – Prakash
- Drinks – AB/DJ
- Entertainment – Dhanesh
- Cake – Shree Purja
- Costing – Buddhi
On January 21, at 11:30 AM, the Dover Bhasi Numberies will assemble for clean up. The party costing will be informed in due time.
